Q: My credit card terminal isn’t receiving the transactional info from the POS system.

A: Press and hold the power button for 3+ seconds until you get to a screen of reboot or power off. Please select reboot. Wait for terminal to reboot and then select either TSYS or Omaha depending on which platform you are on.

Q: My Credit Card Terminal will not print

A: Locate the Tab on the top of the terminal and push it upwards. This will cause the top to pop open. Make sure there is paper inside. If there isn’t any insert a role of paper exactly how the directions in the terminal tell you.
