Q: My valor terminal isn’t working properly

A: Press and hold the power button at the bottom left of the keypad until the screen goes blank. If you have a pin pad perform the same actions on that device. Once the screen is blank wait 30 seconds before pressing and holding the power button to power on the device.

Q: My pin pad is unresponsive

A: First ensure that the P at the top of your terminal screen is selected and circle is black. If selecting the P does not correct the problem, turn the terminal over and ensure that your pin pad connector is firmly seated into the USB 1 slot.
