Valor Firmware Updates

When needing to push out an update for a terminal through Valor, please follow these steps:

1. Enter the Valor Portal
2. Go to the Device Management on the left hand side
3. In the search bar at the top of the screen, search your merchant name, this should bring up all the devices that are under their name.
4. Under the "DBA" portion of the screen, go to the devices that need updating and select the box on the left hand side.
5. Once the box has been selected, move to the top of the screen and select the "Action" drop box and find the "Assign App" option.
6. In the pop-up, assign the highest option for an update.

You have now sent an update to the terminal. Please have the merchant reboot their terminal and the update will be pushed.
