Seasonal Merchant - How to Close account

  1. Go to card connect
  2. Select specific merchant
  3. Go to tickets
  4. Create ticket
  5. ticket group = Account update
  6. Reason = Funding/Billing Frequency Changes
  7. Description = This merchant is moving to a seasonal hold. Will advise when merchant is ready to reopen.
  8. Save ticket
