  2. Email Accept Blue with: Var sheet(s), device serial number(s), device type(s), surcharge or dual, pricing or no surcharge no dual pricing, stand alone or not, and ask for an authentication code
  3. You will get email back from accept blue with steps to set up in accept blue portal
