What to do for PCI compliance refunds

  1. Fees can be found in Nuvei, go to the profile under statements click view statement.
  2. Look through each statement to add up fees
  3. Email Nuvei to refund amount total including the scan fee and the non-compliance fee.
  4. Also add a picture that they are now compliant.
